I'm Rebecca!

 

After being treated by some of the top gurus in the physical therapy world, I still struggled with unresolved pain. It wasn’t until I understood the nervous system’s role in physical symptoms that everything changed—both in my own body and in the outcomes I began creating for my clients.

Over the last 20 years as a physical therapist, I’ve studied the anatomy of overwhelm and witnessed firsthand how emotional misalignment, mental stress, and unresolved patterns can manifest as physical dysfunction—no matter how good the hands-on work is.

When I began integrating nervous system-informed care, intuitive diagnostics, and emotional awareness into my sessions, everything accelerated: patient breakthroughs came faster, results became more sustainable, and my practice transformed.

Now, I mentor clinicians who want more than protocols. I help them reclaim their passion, elevate their outcomes, and create a treatment style that’s intuitive, authentic, and deeply effective.
